Both the Curt # C13343 and the Draw-Tite # 76112 for the 2015 Toyota Sienna XLE are virtually identical. There are no limitations as far as stabilizer straps being required for either hitch. I used to have a 2013 Sienna XLE and we actually had the Draw-Tite # 76112 installed on it. There were never any issues with stability and we used it frequently for a 2-bike rack and a cargo carrier. The Sienna XLE is a pretty beefy van and it seemed to handle the weight very well.

The only real difference in style and clearance between the Curt # C22UR and Draw-Tite # DT55MR hitches for your 2022 Toyota Sienna is that the Curt crosstube bends in a little at the ends to better fit the contour of your Sienna. This means that if you're turning and going uphill that the Curt is going to give you better clearance so I recommend going with the Curt.
